POLICIES

    • Make-up class cancellations require 1-hour notice by phone or email prior to class start time, otherwise no make-up class will be granted.
    • A maximum of 2 make-ups per student, per session (all make-ups need to be used during the current session).
    • $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required per student per course registration.
    • No refunds on all Leadership & Crash courses.
    • NSF fee of $50.00 on all returned cheques.
    • In the event that you need to change your course or schedule after registering, a $25.00 non-refundable transfer fee applies per student per course.
    • Should unforeseen circumstances arise beyond our control that interfere with the originally scheduled lesson/course, we will work with you to try to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. In the event of unexpected pool closures, we offer backup locations in close proximity to the original pool. No refunds on any lessons, programs and courses are issued.

By registering for a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the policies above.

HOW TO REGISTER

STEP 1: Select one of the swim or leadership programs below that you would like to register for.
STEP 2: Select your session and fill out your information and preferrences.
STEP 3: Once you have filled out all required informataion, click “ADD TO CART” at the bottom of the form. Your registration for selected course/session will appear in your cart.
STEP 4: If you wish to register another child or add another session, select “CONTINUE SHOPPING” at the bottom of the cart information to be taken back to the registration page to make your next selection.
STEP 5: Click on “CHECKOUT” after adding all desired courses/sessions to your cart to finish registering.
