$15.00 Change Fee for all changes.
$50.00 NSF fee for all returned cheques
A maximum of 2 make-ups per student, per session (all make-ups need to be used during the current session)
All fees must be paid in full prior to first class
$100.00 non-refundable deposit on swim levels is required
A 90% refund will be issued on remaining unattended classes.
NO REFUNDS on leadership courses
Fees are transferable to future course upon notification of withdrawal and a transfer fee of $25.00 per course is applicable.

I hereby release Aqua Kids Swim School, their staff and the swimming pool owner and staff from all claims for damages arising from and/or associated with any accident or injury which occurs or arises thereafter to the applicant named heron or to any spectator, guardian, or parent of the applicant during the swim program at any location.
